Oracle Linux: Network Devices Issues With Driver IXBGE and INTEL 82599XX 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ (Doc ID 2590516.1)

Symptoms

Issues with Intel Corporation 82599  10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network devices on UEK kernel.

After patch with latest kernel  the Intel Corporation 82599ES 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network devices were not working.

Reviewing the logs errors is visible :
