Oracle Linux: SSHD Service Fails to Start with Directive 'ciphers' is not allowed within a Match block (Doc ID 2605369.1)

Symptoms

sshd service fails to start with following error:

Oct 28 10:15:41 hostname sshd[27096]: /etc/ssh/sshd_config line 155: Directive 'ciphers' is not allowed within a Match block
Oct 28 10:15:41 hostname systemd[1]: sshd.service: main process exited, code=exited, status=255/n/a
Oct 28 10:15:41 hostname systemd[1]: Failed to start OpenSSH server daemon.

Changes

User added the 'Match' block in file /etc/ssh/sshd_config.
