OLVM: Configure Watchdog Action on VM Crash (Doc ID 2611356.1)

Goal

By default, when a Linux Virtual Machine crashes in OLVM it stays crashed, does not reset.

To configure different actions to be taken, the OLVM Watchdog and the VM Watchdog service must be properly configured.
