Symptoms
On : 3.4.4 version, Oracle VM Manager
When attempting to discover OVS Server, the following error occurs.
ERROR

OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: get_api_version to server: <server_ip> failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: <server_ip>. Command: get_api_version, Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: Failed to read server's response: Read timed out
