Oracle Linux: 'uln_register' Command Throws "ImportError: Cannot Import Name Idn_ascii_to_pune" (Doc ID 2623731.1)

Symptoms

While registering the system with ULN getting below error:

# uln_register

ImportError: cannot import name idn_ascii_to_pune

# rpm -qf /usr/sbin/uln_register
rhn-setup-2.0.2-24.0.7.el7.x86_64  

# rpm -qf /usr/share/rhn/up2date_client/config.py
rhn-client-tools-2.0.2-24.0.7.el7.x86_64 

Changes

 Mistakenly enabled spacewalk_client channels and updated the system
