Symptoms

The following messages are shown on a Oracle VM dom0

Dec 12 06:28:03 <hostname> kernel: [5169975.729022] sd 1:0:1:3: Warning! Received an indication that the LUN reached a thin provisioning soft threshold.
Dec 12 06:28:03 <hostname> kernel: [5169975.729118] sd 2:0:0:3: Warning! Received an indication that the LUN reached a thin provisioning soft threshold.
Dec 12 06:28:03 <hostname> kernel: [5169975.729125] sd 2:0:3:3: Warning! Received an indication that the LUN reached a thin provisioning soft threshold.

they are then followed by these messages
