Symptoms

Oracle VM Server Discover Fails With the below error:

In AdminServer.log

OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: discover_physical_luns to server: x.x.x.x failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: x.x.x.x. 
Command: discover_physical_luns, Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: <type 'exceptions.RuntimeError'>:
Command: ['multipathd', 'list', 'topology'] failed (1): stderr: ux_socket_connect: No such file or directory.

Changes

 The server was rebooted
