Oracle VM: Dom0/DomU Network Unreachable Only for Certain Servers (Doc ID 2647777.1)

Symptoms

Suddenly stop network connection between Oracle VM Server(Dom0)/DomU on the Dom0  and certain servers, and never be recovered until rebooting the Dom0. Dom0/DomU can not connect to some of servers during this issue, but can connect to others even via same NIC at the same time.
