Symptoms

When trying to sync the spacewalk server channel with source getting an error:

# spacewalk-repo-sync displays: No new packages to sync

Command: ['/usr/bin/spacewalk-repo-sync', '--channel', 'ol7_x86_64_latest', '--type', 'yum']
