Symptoms

Connection to ssh server was failed.

The following error logs can be found on the ssh server.
# cat secure
Mar 1 00:00:01 <HOSTNAME> sshd[<PID>]: error: pipe(notify_pipe) failed Too many open files in system <<< Highlight the error
Mar 1 00:00:01 <HOSTNAME> sshd[<PID>]: Received disconnect from <IP> port <PORT> disconnected by <USER>
Mar 1 00:00:01 <HOSTNAME> sshd[<PID>]: Disconnected from <IP> port <PORT>
