Unable To Sync UEKR4/5 Repos Over ULN (reposync/uln-yum-mirror error) (Doc ID 2656718.1)

Symptoms

The commands reposync and uln-yum-mirror fail to synchronize UEKR4 and UEKR5 repositories over ULN

The Python interpreter generates the following exception:

  File "/usr/bin/reposync", line 343, in <module>
    main()
  File "/usr/bin/reposync", line 198, in main
    repo.enable()
TypeError: 'str' object is not callable
