Oracle Linux: Unable to Access Server by SSH or Console ( Hung on Starting atd: [ OK ] ) (Doc ID 2658178.1)

Server is not accessible from SSH or Console. Server is just gets stuck on booting up.

To check the boot process the following values can be edit on the kernel command line during grub menu:

ADD =

printk.time=1 debug

REMOVE=

rhgb quiet

After that, the server shows it is getting hung after loading the ATD process:

Starting atd: [ OK ]
