Symptoms

On a server running with UEK5 kernel and configured with Samsung NVMe device lsblk command throws the following error: 

#lsblk
lsblk: nvme0c0n1: unknown device name
NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINT
nvme0n1 259:1 0 745.2G 0 disk
sda 8:0 0 446.6G 0 disk
|-sda2 8:2 0 1G 0 part /boot
