Symptoms
The wget command fails with the following error when TLSv1_2 is forced.
# wget --secure-protocol=TLSv1_2 https://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL6/latest/x86_64/getPackage/python-2.6.6-66.0.1.el6_8.x86_64.rpm wget: --secure-protocol: Invalid value “TLSv1_2”.
