Symptoms

When creating/reading new files on the ocfs2 filesystem /EXAVMIMAGES below messages are seen in the logs.

kernel: [29739744.100519] attempt to access beyond end of device
kernel: [29739744.100522] dm-3: rw=0, want=3322545672, limit=3309477888
kernel: [29739744.100519] Buffer I/O error on dev dm-3, logical block 415318464, async page read
