OLVM: KVM host in "Non Operational" state after a reboot. (Doc ID 2699923.1)

Symptoms

After an unexpected reboot of KVM host, it is marked as Non-Operational from the OLVM GUI.

Switching the host to Maintenance mode and activating it would still leave the host at the Non-operational state.

The following errors are seen in /var/log/vdsm/vdsm.log of the KVM host:
