OCNE/OCSK: Should I be Worried if "CNI0" Interface is not Appearing on Control Plane Nodes of Kubernetes Cluster (Doc ID 2701816.1)

Symptoms

After rebooting the kubernetes cluster the CNI0 interface is not showing anymore on Control Plane nodes. It only appears on Worker Nodes but the CNI0 was there before a server reboot.
