Symptoms

The KDUMP could not save a vmcore tp root devices on FC storage with below messages in rdsosreport.txt :

[ 194.844887] <HOSTNAME> dracut-initqueue[302]: Warning: /dev/mapper/rootvg-root does not exist
[ 194.845135] <HOSTNAME> dracut-initqueue[302]: Warning: /dev/rootvg/root does not exist
[ 194.863227] <HOSTNAME> systemd[1]: Stopped target Basic System.
[ 194.863328] <HOSTNAME> systemd[1]: Stopped target System Initialization.
