Fail to Do Hot Clone of VM Guest with vDisk from NFS Based Repository (Doc ID 2719396.1)

Symptoms

When trying to clone a running VM guest with vDisk from NFS based Repository, job fails with below error:
OVMRU_005062E Cannot perform operation on disk: <VM_Name>, when it is being used by any running VMs. The disk is still being actively used by these VMs: [<VM_Name>] [Tue Oct 13 08:16:32 AEDT 2020]
