Oracle Linux 8: Issue While Joining the Host to an Active Directory Domain (Doc ID 2721504.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 8.1 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [5.14.17] and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

When the computer object is created in Active Directory few attributes have invalid or missing data as below:

The value of dNSHostName attribute changed (in comparison to a working installation)
From: Fully Qualified Domain Name of a host   (e.g. testhost.abc.xyz.com)
To: netbios name + Kerberos realm    (e.g. testhost.ds.xyz.com)

The value of servicePrincipalName attribute changed:
From: HOST/netbios, HOST/fqdn
To: HOST/netbios, HOST/netbios+realm  (HOST/fqdn is missing)
