[OVM] HP BL660 GEN8 Hangs when Booting OVM Server 3.4.6 (Doc ID 2725850.1)

Applies to:

Oracle VM - Version 3.4.6 and later
Linux x86-64

Install OVS 3.4.6 without error, but bootup get hang on:

(Xen) Dom0 has maximum 20 VCPUs
(Xen) Scrubbing Free RAM on 4 nodes using 32 CPUs

Installed other OS distribution (Microsoft Windows, RedHat Linux) and bootup without issue.
