Oracle Linux 7: Unable to Ping Virtual IP(VIP) from other Nodes (Doc ID 2735916.1)

Virtual IP (VIP) are not reachable from the nodes outside the cluster, but the nodes within the same cluster are able to ping Virtual IP.

When tried pinging VIP from the external nodes, it fails -
