[PCA] "pca-admin list server-profile" Throws Error "(OFI_SERVER_PROFILE_ERROR_001): Exception during server profile command execution"

Symptoms
This document applies to Rack_Type: PCA X3/X4/X5 BASE only.
Following symptoms were observed
- "pca-admin list server-profile" command threw following error from active management node.
# pca-admin list server-profile
Status: Failure
Error Message: Error (OFI_SERVER_PROFILE_ERROR_001): Exception during server profile command execution: Failed to get OFI server profiles on 192.168.4.205
('Cannot connect to xsigo switch %s', '192.168.4.205')
- Both XMS GUI and /var/log/ovca.log for fabric interconnect discovery state showed "retrying" instead of discovered for both Switches ovcasw15r1 and ovcasw22r1.
- XMS GUI: Login to Xsigo OFM GUI (https://<Management Node Public IP>:8443/xms/), check "Managed Devices -> Fabric Interconnects -> Fabric Interconnects Summary" if both directors are in "retrying" state.
- Modified all passwords via PCA dashboard to default password Welcome1 but still the same issue.
Changes
Passwords were changed manually.
