Symptoms

In some cases, only for OL7.x,  after user installing a new kernel or manually running command 'grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg' to generate the new grub.cfg, there are 2 different syntax for menuentry lines in the same grub2 configuration file:
