OLVM: Disk Status Is Showing As "Paused By User" After Failed VM Migration (virt-v2v) (Doc ID 2752301.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager(OLVM), the disk image/instance status is showing as "Paused by User" after failed virt-v2v VM migration. Please see the error messages below.


From OLVM Console:
"RuntimeError: could not write sector offset 52782755840 size 12288: 503 Service Unavailable: 'Failed communicating with host: A Connection error occurred.'

From /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log:
"EVENT_ID: TRANSFER_IMAGE_PAUSED_BY_USER(1,073), Image transfer was paused by user"


From KVM Host /var/log/messages:
