Oracle Linux : Broadcom NetXtreme-E Ethernet not calculating TCP checksum for tunneled packets (Doc ID 2764364.1)

Tunneled (MPLSoUDP) TCP packets fails checksum thus unable to establish connection.

This issue is observed from 4.14.35-2025.402.2.1.el7uek onwards. It works fine on older 4.14.35-1902.2.0.el7uek.x86_64 kernels.
