Goal

Using OLM (formerly spacewalk) 2.10, after synchronizing channels with ULN and initializing a dev channel, then promoting it to test and production, archiving it and rolling it back, how is it possible to refresh the dev channel to begin another round of updated patching?
How is it possible to bring the dev channel in sync with the channel from which it was created?
