Symptoms
New VM OL8.4 created on the top of Oracle VM server release 3.4.6
kernel version: 5.4.17-2011.1.2.el8uek.x86_64
Other vm's are able to ssh to that VM just ping is not working not even self ping.
Firewalld and Selinux service are disabled.
