Oracle Linux 7 - "iscsi.service" Stuck in "activating" State After Upgrading iscsi-initiator-utils to Version 6.2.0.874-20.0.3 (Doc ID 2810213.1)

Symptoms

After updating the iscsi-initiator-utils package iscsi.service fails to start and is seen to be in "activating" state.

A manual restart of the service or killing the processes started by the post-install scripts and then starting the service manually will help overcome.

iscsi-initiator-utils and iscsi-initiator-utils-iscsiuio upgraded to version 6.2.0.874-20.0.3
