OLVM: Storage Live Migration Causes Data Loss (Doc ID 2832296.1)

Symptoms

After Storage Live migration was performed, the associated VM may cause high CPU utilization and then non-responsive. After restarting, it may fail to boot with the below error message:

In this case, all data on the disks will be seen as wiped away.
