OLVM: Export/Import of a VM as OVA block other tasks in Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (Doc ID 2834643.1)

Symptoms

When the export VM as OVA command was executed, other operations on the engine were blocked. This made the engine execute operations serially while expected to be parallel.

The problem is that the ansible playbooks are executed serially, all the VMs and their snapshots are locked in the manager until the VM export is completed
