Symptoms

Single VM shows ORPHAN_<VM UUID> for the simple name in Oracle VM Manager browser GUI
The rediscovery of all the OVS hosts and Refreshing of all the Repositories does not fix the issue.

The repository that contains the VM configuration is not showing in the Repositories tab of the OVM GUI under "Show All Repositories" or "Show My Repositories" but showing via df on Oracle VM Server
