[PCA] Pre-check "ZFSSA Storage Network Interfaces Check" Fails (Doc ID 2876150.1)

PCA could experience NFS outages after upgrading the ZFS firmware with below scenario:

This pre-check will flag any storage network interfaces that have 'owner = ovcasn02r1' so the customer can manually correct the owner to 'ovcasn01r1' before proceeding with the upgrade.
