Goal

In Oracle Linux 6, when init enters a runlevel at boot time, it calls the rc script with a numeric argument specifying the runlevel to go to.
The rc then starts and stops services on the system as needed to bring the system to that run level.

This document explain that how to debug when the starting rc script does not work due to an issue.
