Goal

This Document explains how to upgrade the packages in an Oracle VM Servers to the latest versions available in the OVM Extended Channel.

Oracle VM Premier Support ended in March 2021. Until then the package updates to the Oracle VM Server were provided through Public Yum Repositories.

Oracle VM is presently in Extended Support Phase hence updates to OVS packages are provided through Extended Support Channels. Customers need to have Oracle VM Extended Support CSI for subscribing to Extended Support Channels.
