Symptoms

In Oracle Cloud Native Environment (OCNE), issue of scaling down one OCNE node using olcnectl module update removing the incorrect other node(s) as well is noticed. After the scale down, when listing the Kubernetes nodes using "kubectl get nodes" command, we notice that few other nodes in cluster are removed in addition to the actual node which is scaled down.
