[PCA 2.4.x] How to Regenerate OVM Manager Certificates (Doc ID 2991668.1)

Goal

By default the ovmca.jks get expired after 120 months,  the ovmssl.jks get expired after 27 months. Customer won't be able to login OVMM GUI when the certificates expired.

This KM shows detailed instructions to regenerate OVM Manager certificates.
