OLVM: KVM Host Certificate Enrolment or Upgrade Check on GUI Fails with Error "Failed to connect to the host via ssh" (Doc ID 3000917.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to check for upgrade or enroll certificate on KVM host from OLVM UI fails with following error message. 

UI:

Failed to check for available updates on host x with message 'Failed to run check-update of host x. Error: failed'.

Engine:

/var/log/ovirt-engine/ansible-runner-service.log*

Changes

Host certificates were manually enrolled with custom third party CA certificate.
