Oracle Linux Manager: Clients Connected Through OLM Proxy Reports "Downloading successful, but checksum doesn't match" Error (Doc ID 3005859.1)

Symptoms

The clients, which are registered to Oracle Linux Manager (OLM) through the OLM proxy, report the following error when running dnf/yum commands. 

The client machines which are registered directly to OLM server doesn't face this issue.
