Symptoms

On Linux OS Oracle Linux 7.9 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [5.4.17] and Oracle Linux Manager Server, with Oracle Database 19c as the database when it is running a /usr/bin/spacewalk-repo-sync of channels it stucks and shows this message:
