Oracle Linux Manager: Import GPG Key for a 3rd-party Channel Using "http://<url>" is Failing (Doc ID 3014142.1)

Symptoms

Yum not downloading gpgkey using the "http://<url>" in "GPG Key URL" field of a 3rd party repository, it's failing with the error message on the OLM client.

For security reasons packages from Spacewalk based repositories can be verified only with locally installed gpg keys. GPG key 'https://<URL>/gpg' has been rejected
