Symptoms

Unable to renew the KVM Host certificates from the OLVM GUI.
The process followed to renew the certificate is as mentioned in OLVM: How to Renew SSL Certificates that are Expired or Nearing Expiration (Doc ID 3006292.1): Renew KVM host certificates (nearing expiration)

The following error message is observed:
