Symptoms
IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS), formerly Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS), is installed on Oracle Linux 8 (OL8).
To automate it's start upon system boot, a custom system service/unit tws10.service, is created and enabled.
Upon system boot, the service fails to start - messages such as the following are observed:
