Symptoms

In Oracle Cloud Native Environment, issue of unable to scale up control and worker nodes is noticed after upgrading the Oracle Linux OS from OL7 to OL8.

When running "olcnectl module update" command to scale up the cluster, it fails with following errors.

Changes

OCNE Control and Worker nodes Oracle Linux OS version was upgraded from OL7 to OL8 using leap utility.
