OLVM: No VM Console and ImageIO Failure after Engine Update to ovirt-engine-4.5.5-1.22 (Doc ID 3053740.1)

Symptoms

After updating the Engine to 4.5.5-1.22 or 4.5.5-1.24:

• noVNC Console does not work for any VM
• Native Console still works
• Image upload failure (ovirt-imageio)
  

When uploading images through the OLVM Admin Portal the following messages can be observed in engine.log, do note that these messages are very generic and can point to other issues:
