Symptoms
The data displayed by the OracleVM Manager interface does not reflect the real and/or current status of the OracleVM servers and the guest operating systems. Typically the OracleVM manager reports a guest os as running while it cannot be reached and while the xm list command on the OracleVM server does not show it as active. Or vice-versa.
