Symptoms

In PT8.4x with WebLogic, installed new PIA, but end users see "Site name is not valid. Check your url syntax and try again" error. 

TEST CASE

1.  Enter the following URL

http://example.com:80/psp/PS/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/h/?cmd=login

ERROR
--------------------
"Site name is not valid. Check your url syntax and try again"
