The Peoplebooks section on the AS2 target and listening connector recommends the use of Oracle's SOA B2B for EDI integration.

Why is the recommendation in Peoplebooks 8.50 Integration Broker recommending the use of Oracle's SOA B2B instead of using the AS2 Connector for EDI processing?  Is Oracle SOA B2B being bundled or included with PT 8.50 or is this something that needs to be licensed separately?
