Statement of Issue:
--------------------
ARUPDATE or FS_STREAMLN process creates data where PS_WS_CONTROL table is populated but there is no corresponding data in PS_WS_ITEM table.
Expected Behavior:
------------------
ARUPDATE or FS_STREAMLN proces should not create data in PS_WS_CONTROL table without corresponding data in PS_WS_ITEM table.
Steps to Replicate:
------------------
1. Select the same item to process in two separate maintenance worksheets
2. Run ARUPDATE or FS_STREAMLN process.
Business Impact:
------------------
There is no business impact of this issue, other than appearance of worksheets that will not process.
