Symptoms

When the Create Accounting Entries process (AM_AMAEDIST) is executed for a retirement transaction (RET) or a reinstatement transaction (REI), the following error occurs:
Process ABENDED at Step AM_AMAEDIST.600690.Step10 (Action SQL) -- RC = 805
SQL Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_DIST_LN_TAO) violated
